How much do you squat?

Just curious...

Put up whatever you do, personally I havn't maxed out at all. But I know I can do at least 12 reps of 160lbs +.

nice stats evo!

About a year ago before I hurt my knee I was doing 315 for reps.

I just started front squatting kettlebells, the most I have done with them is 106 for 5 reps on the front squat going rock bottom.

I reliably do 8 reps at 155, and I can push out 5 reps at 175. My max is probably something like 1 rep at 190 or 195. So yea, I'm pretty weak :p

i did 245lbs for one rep a few weeks ago. hope to increase over the next two months. i weighed 172lbs at the time

Thanks Mike, I've worked hard to get my numbers up. How are you holding the kettlebell? Do you hold it with hands back like in a clean or arms folded?

Have you seen the newest kettlebells that came out? They look badass, state of the art steel. Shugart has a pic of them up on his review of the NSCA conference this year in Vegas. And by the way, the one in Oklahoma this weekend was excellent.

I clean them to my chest and hold them in the "rack" meaning my arms are bent and the bell (the ball) is held in place by my forearms and biceps.

Are you referring to the 100lb bell or "the beast". I think I may see one tomorrow when I meet a kettlebell instructor. I don't even want to think about touching that thing!

i weigh 196, squat 315 for 7 clean reps...

oh and evo, you're sick in the head man! 59 reps?!? what in the world inspired you to do that?!?! jp man, sersiously tho, that's freakn awesome..

lol, thanks Mreik. Oh man, Sarge who trains with Jessie Marunde squated his body weight (225 pounds) for 98 reps and after seeing that I wanted to see what I could do at my bodyweight.

What can I say? I'm a little off in the head. :p

I know this topic's dead, but I realized a few days ago that I can squat a lot more than I thought I could. I did 5 reps easily at 205, and a few sets of 8 at 165. I would speculate though that my 1 rep max is somewhere between 230 and 260.
