Confusing

Hi Lessfatty: I sent a congatulations to you on your double figure achievement then the forum closed. I hope you got to read it. Also Ichooselife asked for help with ticker but I have not heard how she went, I think the forum closing may have caused an issue. I have been trying to work out what happened and why. Anyway I hope I can find everyone next time I log on.:confused:
 
I lose 1.5kg a week or there abouts. Like others have said, I think you either lose KGs or centimentres so if you're not happy with one, try the other!
 
I lose over 2, but not 3, so I'm not sure which, but I'll vote 2, coz it's at least that.

well at the end of my first week and I've lost 7kg so I'm excited to do my measurements tomorrow. Everything already feels loser. Goodbye 22-24, hello comfy 20s yayyyyyyyyy
 
Only 6 wks into my diet & I have averaged 2kg a week so far, but assume this will slow down(?)Maybe 1.5 kg a week would be a realistic expectation. I started off with 36 to lose & lost 10kg 1st 4 wks.
 
I've lost:
First 1.5 weeks: 10lbs
Second 2.5 weeks: 5 lbs
Next week: 4 lbs
Nex 1.5 week: 0 lbs

So, in the first month I lost 15 lbs, the next week 4 lbs, but in the past 1.5 weeks, none.

Don't know why. Have "deviated" the least in the latter part of the time period, due to knowing the diet more thoroughly.
