Hey everyone. :cool3: I'm new to workouts and I was wondering how often I should do it. My sessions aren't that long. All I do is pushups, situps, squats and lift weights. For each exercise I try and do the maximum amount my body can handle. At the moment I do it everyday. So I was just wondering how many sessions I can have for maximum muscle growth? Twice a day? Once every two days?
