Okay, I joined the gym. I have a friend who has been weight lifting and all that jazz for a while. Now, I wanted to go 5 days a week, and maybe sundays. He told me that I should work out one day, and than the next day to rest and not work out.
However, he is already doing bigger things, and I dont really want to become huge, just be in shape. Nice arms, and nice tummy, six pack, but not too over done. ya know?
So I want to go monday through friday for about an hour or two each day. I usually warm up, and than go to abs, and do some ground stuff, and than do some arms stuff, and than go to the cardio room, and run, and bike.
For someone who hasnt been training, and all they want is to be in shape. Is this wise? I want to get in shape fairly quickly so I dont want to waste time.
Could I get away with going everyday? (5 days out of the week)
