10-15 min warmup on the elyptical
30- 45 min hypertrophy weight training:
Mon: Back
Tues: Shoulders
Wed: Legs and Lower Back
Thurs: Chest
Fri: Arms (Biceps & Triceps)
Then I do 35-45 min cardio on the Treadmill
Finished of by 15-20 mins of static stretching
So 1.5 to 2 hours per day Mon thru Fri.
Wednesdays being that it's leg and lower back day usually last longer.
Saturdays I go to the gym and do 3-4 supersets of Dips and Abs
Followed by 45 minute Spinning Class
Finished off with 15-20 Static Stretching
Sunday is my day of rest, but sometimes I will go for a nice long walk though.
I will at least try to do my static stretches if nothing else shortly after I wake up in the morning on Sunday.
I would say that I spend around 10-12 hours a week in the gym.
Does that mean I'm overtraining, because the voting poll only goes up to 9?
