Hey, I used that calculator but im not sure how much I should eat. I am about 240lbs. and am trying to get down to 170lbs. Im 5' 10 and 1/2'' and will be 15 in a month. My current work out every other day is

2x 10 Tricept
2x 10 Shoulder press
20lbs.
2x 10 Curls
2x 10 Tricept
2x 10 Shoulder press
3x 10 Push Ups
3x 10 Dive Bombers
1x 5 Clap Push Ups
2x 40 Crunches
2x 20 Side crunches (20 each side)
2x 10 Ab wheel
1x 25 V-sits
done in my house with 2 20 and 15lb dumbells.
It says my BMR is 2,348.20 so how much should I be eating to loose weight? The calculator chillen posted for me said something like 3600 for moderatly active I am a bit confused help please
