how many calories do I burn after my workout?

HEY im interested in learning how many calories I burn after my work out.

I start out with a 25 minute ride on the cycle, then I move to 35 minutes of weight lifting to make it 1 hour, then I run/walk 30 minutes, then sauna for 15
then shower get dressed then leave the gym takes about 2 hours all together
I do this every other day

I am 6'1 and weigh 222#s and dropping all the time

can anyone help me out here

There are calorie calculators on the web, I'd just google for one of them.
Fitday.com has calculators too. It tells me that my 5'9" 184lb body burns about 80calories in a 30 minute weight training session.

For running/cycling, the distance/speed and duration has to be factored in for a real value. I'd guess 125calories from cycling, and another 100-150 from the run/walk.

However, you shouldn't do cardio prior to weights, unless it's a 5-10 minute, light cardio to warm up the body. More than this and you're tapping into your energy reserves, and not putting the body into a good state for weight training (which is anaerobic exercise, where as cardio is aerobic).
