How long?

How long did it take you to achieve your target results?
What were your starting/target stats?
I'm female, 5'7 110lbs, and looking to reduce bodyfat dramaticly (i'm completely new to sports, and i want to change that) and gain at least 10lbs lean muscle... With proper done 3 x cardio, 3 x weights and a very controled nutrition in how long do you think i can achieve the results...?

hah, I asked the same type of question and got an answer of basically, everyones different.
I wanted to know how long it'll take to get 10 lbs. of muscle with what I was doing, thats hard for anyone to answer cuz people are so diverse I guess...better off asking some other tips on training like what to do rather than how long it will take to get ur goal with whatever ur plan is
