Alrite well i was just curious how long you shoudl work out for? I have heard that you should only to it for 45 mins because thats the peak and you get the most done. Also, i want to get nice arms and a nice chest. Well some say i already have that, but i dont believe, lets just say i want to make my chest bigger than it is. Would just doing bench press, and dumbell press work that out good for me? Ne other exercies for either would be great, i do have a bench and my own weights in my basement.
