how long until results

I just started my 5-6 meal plan thing and was just wondering if i keep this up along with all the other weights and cardio how long until i should see some results in the mid section

I decided to start working out weights, HIIT, and eating healthy foods keeping 500 calories under my maintenance level. It's been two weeks since I started and I already see results if that's any help to you. You will see more results if you have never done much before in the way of weights and dieting. Just depends on how fit you are... the more fit and healthy you are, the more difficult it will be to see big results in a short amount of time. You will definitely see a difference after 6-8 weeks though, if you are consistent.

When I started eating 5-6 meals a day with Clean food (20% calorie deficit) and kept up the weight and hiit training I noticed results after about two weeks. In the last six weeks I've dropped from 85kgs to 79kgs and my body fat percentage has dropped from about 20% to 15%.

None of my friends or family really noticed anything in the first four weeks but for the last two everyone has been saying "wow, you've lost so much weight".

gracias

arlight yea thanks guys for the help, by the way i'm 16 and pretty fit with just a small pooch so i'm guessing it will take a lil time but i understand everything you said and plus i just started creatine 2 weeks ago so i'll be alright

Is it a small breed or just a puppy? My parents used to own Jack-Russell Terriers. Annoying little things.

danny,

keep in mind that a little belly fat in a man, is the hardest thing to get rid of. 98% of losing it is gonna be your diet, not endless crunches. so make sure that your diet is spotless.
