The really amazing thing is that Jan - July I did 1-3 days exercise a week and ate a lot more **** than I do now, and my weight stayed the same all that time. Amazing how MUCH you have to do to lose weight.
the truth is, the more fat you lose, the harder it's going to be to lose more. your body fights hard to keep the fat it has. so you have to keep tightening up on the diet and push everything just a little bit more. It's the nature of the beast.
