So I was told by a couple people that you shouldn't work out for more than 45 mins at a time. Is this true? They said that after 45 mins, your body isnt gaining anything from it bc its already used its nutrients that help you build muscles. Any insight would be great. Thanks!
aye, 60 mins is the absolute maximum.
I work upper and lower body on separate days, and average 35-40 mins per workout..depending on my mood, gym crowded-ness, or if I overdo squats and end early so I don't puke on the gym floor.
