Everyday!? What does your workout look like for the whole week?

im looking to get nice and toned aswell as build muscle
By building muscle, you get toned, so you are don't have to do both separately. To get more toned you have to lower your bodyfat percentage(but not too low(post how much bodyfat you have)) and build more muscle.

Time isn't relevant if your routine is in order. 30 minutes of arm curls, leg curls and calf raises just isn't the same as 30 minutes of squats and deadlifts.

As SKMMAN mentioned, you should post your weekly routine. If you're going to do 3.5 hours a week, you'll get better results doing 45-60 minutes 3 or 4 times a week, rather than 30 each day.

well to be honest i don't have a actual set routine... i try and do like bench press and curling for most of the week.. but i have a full home gym... im not sure how much bf i have or how to calculate.. if anybody can help me out with a work out routine from hearing what my goals are that would be greatly appreciated... right now im benching 110lbs free weights and with the home gym im benching 150..

i just read the entire Weight Training 101

some questions
1) the 2nd paragraph.. "These compound movements could be done with a 3x10x70% (70% of your 1RM)" what does 3x10x70% (70% of your 1RM) mean?

2) 2nd paragraph bottom... "This could be done on a M,W,F or adjust for yourself. " what does M, W , F mean?

and last.. is there any website i can goto to see what the work outs listed are? like animations or anything along those lines? I've probably done all of them, just don't know the actual names to go along with them...

thanks

apparently mine is 147lbs lol... that should be fun to try
