How long is proper? For running.

I jog every night, is 20 mins enough?

Jogging can be REALLY boring...I could run longer...but...

Also, muscle of my calf has been getting REALLY firm and...even bigger, it totally freaks me out. Why and how can I solve it?

Try HIIT (high intensity interval training). It only takes 20 minutes 3 times a week and gives better results than jogging every day and is less boring.
