How long does it take to see result?

Hey,

Well I know this question (How long does it take to result) basically depends on the training, and how knowledgable the person is about training. I will do a quick overview about me.

I weigh about 165 pounds, and have been going to the gym for a week. I recently got Whey Protein powder because I dont eat that much meat. I have noticed how good I feel. I sleep better, more enegry, and seem to be stronger, lol.

Before I could do one cartwheel, and my arms would feel the effect of my weight. Now I can do a one handed one no problem. I think its because I was already pretty strong, i guess, but just hadnt use my muscle very much.

So I have been asking the personal trainers about how train right. I am right now doing a combination of things in the gym in one workout session. Cardio, arms, and abs. Since I want to lose like 1ch or so from my tummy to be more lean, and than I want to start being more strict about what I do each day. I just want to get lean now, and than start body building.

Now! I plan on being lean near the end of july, and start getting bigger in august. I am wondering how long it takes to see real result?

how long for result in tummy area?
how long for result in arms?

Thanks!

I'd say if you eat right and train right, you should noticeable results in four weeks.

Realistically, if you want to lose an ince off your belly, there's no reason why an 8 week cutting cycle wouldn't shift it.

And a nice free tip on arms. The key to a nice big arm is your tri ;)

Most blitz their biceps mercilessly for some reason, and near enough neglect their tris.

yeah I think it all depends on what you are going for. I mean if you want to continue being fit and lean I wouldn't even start bodybuilding because that's going to slow you down. You seem to me like you want to be agile if you're doing cartwheels and stuff like that. The best thing to do is to find a program that taylors to what you are trying to accomplish. Get the foundation you need by finding the right information.

Dylan i know a good workout for building your strangth, speed, and flexibility. You should feel the difference in about 6 weeks. If you want to have a copy then send me a PM. The only reason i haven't put it here is because its 1:22am and i don't really feel like typing it all out right now lol. It is recommended by Randy Couture (UFC).

But PM me if you want :)
