How long does it take to do the ACE ceritification?

I'm ordering it on Friday, and was wondering how long does it take to master the study materials enough to take the test? Do they five you a certain amount of time, then they give you a test date? Any advice on people who have went through ACE would be great! Thanks!

Check the ACE website because I am pretty sure that you have to attend a test when it comes to your area. Its especially inconvenient if the test site is far or theres one immediately after you get the materials and then not one for awhile. I belive this is what drove me away quickly from them. Im going with NASM, I hear its tough, but much more convenient.

The test dates are held at different locations and at different times. They don't let you take an open book test at home, so you have to travel to a test site.
They are generally in larger cities, so that is a loss of convenience if you aren't too close to any cities.

The website shows a list of cities and dates. The test cites stay the same from what I can tell, so if they have it at a city near you in, let's say, November and May, then they always offer it at that city in Nov and May.
