Let's see. So far today (I'm not done eating for the day):
Total: 1165 calories
Fat: 25 g, 20%
Carbs: 155g, 42%
Protein: 108g, 38%
I made some chicken for the rest of the week. Couldn't grill it - it's raining - but I baked it with rosemary and a bit of soy sauce (not a lot, though; a few drops per piece.) The package was about 1.33 pounds and there were two breasts, which I cut in half; if I did the math right, that's 5 ounces per piece.
For what it's worth, what I ate in detailed form:
Breakfast: 1 1/4 cups of Kashi Vive
Lunch: Pouch of tuna in a wrap with two pieces of mozzarella string cheese, some grape tomatoes, and a banana (not together, of course!)
Snack: Peanut Kashi granola bar with snow peas. I think I must singlehandedly provide most of their profits by now.
Dinner: The aforementioned chicken, with the rest of the grape tomatoes, and 2 Wasa crackers.
Dessert: Sugar-free Kozy Shack rice pudding cup. Sure, it's artificially sweetened, but they're low in calories and impossible to overeat - I've never had more than one in a day. The only other thing I drink with artificial sweetener is iced tea because I just *can't* get my family to stop putting Splenda in there. I've tried so many times. I do dilute it a LOT, though.
(edit: just remembered, I do put a packet or two in smoothies, but that's minimal.)
I think I'll have an orange now and call it a day.
