How is this workout plan??

Day One:
Barbell Bench Press
Incline dumbell Bench Press
Chest supported rows
Bent-over dumbbell rear delt flyes
Russian Twists ( holding free weights)

Day 2:
Box Squats
Walking Lunges
Glut-Ham Raises
Plate Pinch Gripping

Day 3:
Bodyweight dips
Skull crushers
Chin-ups
barbell shrugs
Barbell Curls
Abdominal circuit training
 
Looks good, might mix in workouts to focus on your forarms, traps, and calves as well. Another variation I tried that worked really well for chest was (DB Individual Bench Press). You can use it with your inclines etc. also.
 
Missed the shrugs you had for traps... Have you ever tried to lay face down on an incline bench and raise dumbells directly in front of you. Almost like Front Raises but really focuses on your traps. GL
