HOW GOOD IS PT AT YMCA? Advice needed plzzz

PPl, I just joined a local YMCA, Ridgedale, MN. The place was great with lots of machines in there......I wanted to know if anyone in here tried PT at your local YMCA? I am trying to know how well they are qualified/experienced compared to PT's at private gyms....

Also If I am going for PT please advise me what I got to look for. My aim is to get rid off my saggy stomach, lose fat in my chest area....thats it.

Also I wish to know how many sessions would help me get thru this.

Thank you all in advance. :)

Well, first off let me say this, I hope you base your training on free weights and not a lot of machines. As far as PT's go, it is difficult to say if he/she is going to be a benefit to you. Some trainers are excellent, those are the ones that actually care about YOU, watch your form, go over each step with you, takes the time to answer all questions, etc. Then there are the ones that aren't worth their weight in sh*t. They just have the title personal trainer and want your money. Write down what your PT tells you and we will give you our opinion on it. Well at least I will :)
