How Fast can I get Ripped?

Hmm.. I just started this diary to document my progress as of April 1st, 2007.

**known status**
jan 1st 07 ->240lbs
feb ?? 07 -> 225
April 1st 07 -> 209 (holla)

I used to be 260 lbs.. currently a hair under 210. That drop was slow.. I wasn't even really motivated the loss just happened.. now that i see my potential.. i think its time to light a fire under my (watch ur mouth) and see how far i can get :)

Me WAY BEFORE on the left... you can tell i was around 240 back then.(january 1st 2007.. that was new years party.. i was wasted)


be maybe 2 months ago around 225


and me currently..

Can't wait to be at 185.. my goal is 2 months.. 4lbs a week is pushing it but still healthy.

Over in the Harsh Truth section there are some really knowledgeable people who are willing to share their time and experience with those asking for info.

My naval recruiter said my bodyfat % was 25% when I weighed 235..
Since then I know I've gained alot of muscle. I can do 6 pullups now and I'm 210.. anyways back to the point.. I'd be 0% bf at 176ish.. according to those numbers back then. soo my goal for 185.. might be unrealistic if i gained alot of muscle.. but regardless.. I'm gonna keep on goin untill i have a nice tummy lol

GRRRR...

I hate when its busy at work and I don't have time to eat 3 small meals :(

regardless.. the workout today was nice.. mile jog.. 50 pushups..120 situps just to tease them along with reverse crunches..

after that.. leg workout

GRRR to leg workouts..

I'm glad my leg muscles are genetically big already.. My left knee killsss me.. I almost gave out doing standing calf raises (weighted)..

FOOD:

breakfast: 3 slices of lunch meat

lunch ( at work because i was starving) : large salad cucumbers tomatoes a little bit of ranch dressing.. green beans carrots slice of meatloak and very small portion of beans and rice..

dinner: most likely will be some tuna..

yea i know my eating habits are not the best in the world.. but.. wut can you do when your job keeps you running around non stop.. i need to invest in meal bars i think..
