Hmm.. I just started this diary to document my progress as of April 1st, 2007.
**known status**
jan 1st 07 ->240lbs
feb ?? 07 -> 225
April 1st 07 -> 209 (holla)
I used to be 260 lbs.. currently a hair under 210. That drop was slow.. I wasn't even really motivated the loss just happened.. now that i see my potential.. i think its time to light a fire under my (watch ur mouth) and see how far i can get
Me WAY BEFORE on the left... you can tell i was around 240 back then.(january 1st 2007.. that was new years party.. i was wasted)
be maybe 2 months ago around 225
and me currently..
Can't wait to be at 185.. my goal is 2 months.. 4lbs a week is pushing it but still healthy.
