1st set: bicycle maneuver 65 reps
rest 30 sec-1minute
2nd set: dumbell bench twist as many reps as possible

3rd set: stiff hand half moon until failure

4th set: hanging leg raises (3sets all until failure)
i wanted to add in some russian twists with a plate in somewhere but i dont know where. should i be doing the hanging leg raises first or last; they are the hardest for me.
