how does this ab routine sound?

1st set: bicycle maneuver 65 reps
rest 30 sec-1minute
2nd set: dumbell bench twist as many reps as possible
rest 30sec-1minute
3rd set: stiff hand half moon until failure
rest 30sec-1minute
4th set: hanging leg raises (3sets all until failure)


i wanted to add in some russian twists with a plate in somewhere but i dont know where. should i be doing the hanging leg raises first or last; they are the hardest for me.
 
why do it until faliure, why not just do much as you can in proper form and can do it stirght for 3 sets. do it until faluire can cause injuries if your not careful
 
i dont really believe in doing more sets of a single exercise since there are so many other exercises out there that i can instead of adding another set. I believe a variety is needed when getting good abs.

just because you don't believe in it doesn't mean it exists.

Plus, your DIET is wat lets you show off your abs, not your ab routine.
 
i do eat a lot of protein but not fruit

why fruit??? instead of fruits, i try to stick to dairy like cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, cheese ect
