What is a good way to divide time up during a visit to the gym, or jsut during the day, and do a cardio workout and work with weights? I have been told to warm up before using weights with stretching, walking and some light jogging even, but what if you would like to be running 2 miles or more. How long do you weight after running to work with weights? Should you even do it on the same day? Or try to avoid that?
