Lol, I never do chin ups so I have no idea but I find them pretty easy, as for pullups I'm too crap at them to embarrass myself by telling everyone but I will say that for repping I still use a small counter weight :bncry:haha CCR your back is already huge! they should call you goliath
anyway how many chinups and pullups can you do? i understand your pulling 219 but it looks like your srtong so whats the number?![]()
