How do u calculate your body fat?

eyeing bodyfat really doesn't work that well though.

get a 4 or 5point caliper test done (you cannot caliper yourself).

If you're 10% bodyfat and weigh 200lbs, you have 20lbs of fat on your body, and 180lbs of lean body mass (LBM)
 
Average, at most gym's I have been to, is considered around 16-20ish I believe. There are some devices that can get a good "estimate" of bf%, but are not usually that precise.
