Ok, I've lost alot of weight "Healthy way" and I still can't lose these love handles! I don't know if it's extra skin or what! But what's a way to lose them?
Well right now im bulking it up. Eating 2000 calories a day and lifting weights. I don't want to be body builder big. 2000 calories is a good 500 more than my metabolic rate. I also eat 130 grams of protein.
