How do I know if im getting stronger or my technique is getting better?

Well guys, I'm generally increasing my clean and pushjerk lbs weekly basically now and I want to know if its just my technique getting better or am I really getting stronger? Last week we did maxes and now im repping my clean max.

So, how can I see if I'm getting stronger or its just a fluke?
 
Well it wouldn't be a fluke if your technique is impoving because you want your technique down before you go out and try to lift heavy weights.. So i would say you doing fine either way just keep up good work
