How do i know if i need to lose weight?

I lost weight, but im not exactly sure where to stop. obviously im not gonna go underweight, but still im not sure. im 16 yo male, 5' 9", 150 lbs. now im thinking if i lose another 5 lbs, i might look better etc.

the question is, how do u know what weight you want? are there certain bones that should/shouldnt be showing? ie ribcages, pelvis, etc. how much is too much? i want to look muscular, nmot scrawny, but not "ok" either.
 
u'll only look muscular if you're working your muscles! No point losing weight and having nothing underneath to show off!

Try joining a team and playing a sport since you are still in school. Take advantage of your free resources. Playing a sport will harden your body up really fast. Wrestling is good, track will certainly help. Doesn't matter if you are good or not. Just consider your team practices to be your daily workout. YOu will drop fat, and maybe the extra expenditure will loosen you up a little, cure you from being a young neocon! (It's not healthy for someone your age to be so uptight... Haven't you read any Churchill?) Sports did wonders for me as a teen, and I am still fit to this day at 35. Then you won't have to fret about what not to eat... You can just eat with reckless abandon and burn it all off! Well, maybe not "reckless", but you know what I mean. And quit worrying about what bones should or should not be showing... If it is showing because you are lean, then it is supposed to be showing.
