How do I get rid of thses spiky shoulders?

Ello there,

I have access to some dumbells and am restricted to only using dumbell exercises to work out.

How do I workout my shoulders and what can get rid of these bony spikes lol.

I know I have to work my traps, I do upright rows for this.

I also do lateral raises and shoulder presses.

What other exercises can I do? / What are the best exercises to do?
