How do I get rid of the last 10 pounds?

Nope, just plain ol rolled oats, dry. If you blend them up, and shake it while drinking, the oats stay blended in and it tastes great. You will end up with a little extra mouthful of oats at the end, but its not bad...
 
If you want to lose weight, you should try eating small amounts of diversified food 5 times a day, at regular hours.
Try to eat more at breakfast, because the calories you get will be burnt during the day. Also, try eating less at the last meal of the day, so that when you sleep you don't have to burn those calories.

You dont have to eat less at night. You make it sound that you plan your meals to be burned off imediately. Your body uses X amount of calories per day. If you're in a deficit, you'll lose no matter what time you eat.
