How do i get leaner and more toned?

I've been training in the gym seriously for the past 6 months and in the 6 months period I have tried one fitness product which is from
Weider's which is the Mega Mass (I'm not sure which one) and I've seen results. However I stopped taking it after perhaps 3 months, after the period in which I have stopped taking the supplement, I have done alot of cardio activities (My abs are more obvious) however I'm not sure but I think I'm doing the same activities plus more crunches, weighted crunches, sit ups, etc but I think I'm not seeing much improvements anymore and I think I'm losing muscle. I'm about 180cm and 60kg which I think I'm underweight but I do not intend to gain more weight, perhaps just a little bit. I do not intend to bulk up but i want to have a slim but lean body, very obvious muscle cuts. (I heard that taking protein products will help in weight gain as well?)

Recently I went to a GNC retail shop and the promoter suggested a few products which includes Creatine, Whey, Weight Gainer etc. However, my aim is for more toning and muscle growth and not weight gain and therefore she asked me to try Creatine. As I just wanted to try out the product and see if it works for me, I checked out the smallest one which costs RM97. She told me about loading phase and how many servings it will serve and how does the whole thing works. However, I'm still not very clear as I was in a rush that time. I wonder if you would be kind enough to provide me the sufficient information about taking creatine?

I'm really interested in your product as I'm aiming for a much more obvious and defined abs plus gain in other muscles as well. I do isolations (monday: Chests and back, Cardio, Tuesday: Cardio, Wednesday: Shoulders and arms, Thurs Cardio, Friday back to chest again plus abs training every day.) I'm determined to tone up my muscle and at the same time lift up my weight training to a higher level. I wonder if you could provide me with information that you think will suffice to help me?

Thanks in advance, your information is truly important to me

You do NOT need a loading pase with creatine. 3-5 grams daily is enough. As far as your workout, I didn't see any days you trained your legs. Cardio does not count for a leg day. Also, why do isolation exercises, compunds are FAR better. JMO. :)

hmm..

Yeah true everyone is telling me one day my legs will not be able to support my body anymore haha.. anyway I don't know why.. i'm not at all motivated to work my lower body out.. however im starting to do squats and some calf raises recently..

Judge how do I improve and what should i do..
here are my pics

and these pics perhaps are enhanced due to the angle or lighting.. i dunno..
u be the judge

definitly do squats and deadlifts! ;) make sure ur form is 100% before u lift heavy.

and JCP about the compound exersices, its not just your opinion, its the truth ;)

Hmm..

oh.. seriously im 60kg.. i ain't lying.. like i said perhaps its the angle from which i have taken the photo.. anyway I do not know what are compound exercises..
what do you mean by 100% form?
what do u recommend me to do to get a highly defined abs?
i've tried all sorts of exercise...

u got highly defined abs:p abs is all about getting low enough body fat, and thats all in the diet and cardio.
compound is where you use more than one joint at a time, exersices that require the use of sevral muscle groups ;) squats, deadlifts, rows/pullups, military press, bench and so on. Bicep curl, and triseps extentions and such, are isolated movements.
and 100% form i mean that u need propper technique on the lifts, so you dont hurt yourself :)

Creatine is an excellent supplement, but I don't think it will be effective in the short-term with cutting you up. Your muscles will get bigger, but there will be a little less definition in some areas. This is my experience, anyway.
