how do i get bigger abs?

well i've lowered my body fat a ton and my abs are ripping thru my tummy. after a workout u can see the gap between my oblique and my abs, then are pretty lean. however i wanna make them bigger (never satisfied? come on who is?)

so im wondering what types of workouts i do to make my abs bigger. currenty i workout my lower abs then obligques and then upper abs and repeat that circuit two or three times. i rotate so each day i focus on one specific section more than the other two. i do high reps and have solid tech (its all about good tech).

so, how do i get "body builder" abs. much bigger looking abs.

also, why do some abs not match up with others, meaning they look almost like a zipper?

also, again, i have an 8 pack (kinda) how do i make that top ab more defined

If you want em bigger lower your reps to 10 reps per set and add weight so that you can only perform that amount. Weighted crunches , sit ups etc etc every ab exercise you can do with weight placed on you. Also get some decline situps and crunches in too. And too ur protein high, and carbs for say 5 week, u will get ever ever so liftly higher bf but at least ur abs wud have grown and probably will look better then they do now even if u have slightly went up a 1/2% in body fat.

ow and remember, dont work them daily, 3 to 4 times aweek will be enough, if thats all your concentrating on. Make sure theres a rest day between each workout too so ur abs have time to recover and grow.
 
something i would suggest, would be to buy either an abslider or the like (about $5 for the cheapest) they can be bought in most sport shops, inter sport being one. As long as you are not living in america. However, some reports have shown that you might acquire backproblems after working out with this machine, although personally i have not gotten any of that kind, and i do not think it is easy to get if you do the workout properly. Anyways, if you decide to buy abslide, work out with it about 3 minutes per day (3-4 days a week that is :p), increase it after 2 weeks by one minute and go on like this, this will give you a very visable 6-pack. Also, dont forget to keep up the other work outs, jogging etc, if you lay off these, fat might cover the abs... just a short reminder
