How Come i dont have a 6 pck

ALright so i am new here...

I weigh 133 llbs, 10 % body fat, 5 feet 8, run 4 to 5miles everyday.. have a decent diet

I do like 200 crunches of different varraiations 4 to 5 times a week, standard crunch and the bicycle

the probelm here is that my upper abs are all strong but regarless of what i do.. my lower abs are non existant..i currently have a four pack... and the left side is stronger than my right abs..

i dont kno if any one can help me out.. it would be helpfull

A couple reason probably are causing it:

10% bodyfat
you only have a "decent" diet
you are not doing the correct exercises to work your lower abs

I would seriously lower your ab workout frequency. As when you do eventually get a low BF, killing them 5 times a week at such high volume will likely overtrain them and halt development. Your abs need to rest and heal just like your other muscles.

Well said. You wouldn't go in and train legs or chest every day of the week.

Not to mention...abs are indirectly worked through other compound exercises.

Not to mention #2...visible abs are more a function of diet, than crunches.

I have abs. I don't train them.
 
You do have a 6-pack as we all do. You just can't see it. Dial in the diet, hit the cardio and peel the fat of the lower abs.

You are stronger on one side than on the other due to muscle imbalance, relatively normal - but has nothing to do with fat distribution. Dial in the diet.

Why is everyone obsessed w/ a bodyfat percent NUMBER...it's never accurate and it's not going to change one thing knowing that number anyway. Do you clothes fit better? Do you look better naked? That's what matters.
