Hi There.
My name is Dat. I have a problem want to get advice from all member of this forum. My sister want to lose belly fat fast so she want me find a solution for her from internet. I have referenced many infomation from many webs. I saw many people talking "Truth About Abs" program. They talk that is good program for all men and Women to lose belly fats. Specal, that product help women get flat stomach fast and help men lose fat, get six pack. I dont know that program is not good so i want to get advice from who has use it. If she really has a 'Belly', sorry to be an asshole but it's NOT going to happen in a week, or even a month. -.-

Also, anything you read on internet in general, apart from people here or on serious forums ofcourse, any type of crap that says like 'Super Fast', 'Insane', 'New Discovery' about weight loss and abs, all that crap is rubbish. Don't believe it. I'd personally recommend the only honest and helpful guy, Mike Chang, the sixpack shortcut guy you see everywhere. He has some good videos on youtube to help you with, unlike all the other Ads, just take you to a Paypal page trying to sell you some book of theirs that will 'change' your life.

Just get on the floor and sweat, go out and run freely. No secrets.

The only way is too work hard, be Dedicated, Consistent and believe in it. And you have to get your Nutrition in order to, or you'll be wasting your time.

Sorry if I sound harsh but, there ain't no such thing as Magic, and neither no one who can lose belly and get a six pack in a week. No.Way.

No worries, you're probably better off to just report the post, then it'll get taken care of faster. No use getting angry at them as it won't stop them from posting!
