How can i manage my work??

I am working with Bariatric surgery Specialist as a Assistant, I have to manage all accounts & Patient information on daily bases, How can i manage and control on my work?? Should i use any management soft.... or any other advice you have..

now that was really clever Ed

But - the topic she posted in was Weight Loss Programs -so clearly she was looking for a weight loss application that would help her do her job -not an actual weight loss program like they use in the office she works in to help people lose weight

Ahhhh. She meant "program" not "program" I get you. In that case that drawing is an illustration of how frustrating it can be when one is not properly equipped to do ones job. I feel your pain.
