How can I lose weight?

I have the same problem. I running and swimming 6 time for a week.
But month ago bought a fatloss preparates.

I currently exercise/ workout 6 days a week. My workout consists of:
- half mile jog.
- 11 100M drills (High knees, butt kickers, skips, etc)
- 10 60 yard sprints.
- 2 hours of lifting (bench, leg press, etc)

It is not an easy work for everyone. As you told in your post, your age is 17 years and weigh 320Lbs. I think you must workout reduce it as soon as possible to live a healthy and easy life.
