How Can I fix this problem? I have no clue where to start =[..

Okay here's the problem. I'm pretty average as in body fat, arms aren't fat, legs aren't fat, chest isn't fat, face isn't fat, no love handles, but my stomach goes out =[. I always suck in my stomach, but when I wake up, I don't need to because it's at a nice size. But after I eat it expands and then sticks out.

In my life I haven't done many crunches I can say that much, I'm not sure if my problem is due to it not being tightend. When I flex my stomach, it's at a okay size, but I can pinch about an inch of fat/flab.

What can I do to fix this problem of mine? All help is always appreciated.

Thanks.

Oh and I'm not saying I need a 6pack, I just want a method to make my stomach flat and lose fat in it. Considering "ab work outs wont burn fat." Is it just losing weight?

If your stomach (like the top half of your midsection) sticks out after eating, then do a lot of crunches to have the ability to flex it back into place. If I am hearing you right, that's just like me.

So will doing a lot of crunches make it so I don't have to flex or hold my stomach in, just so it stays flat as possible?

And I just [lol just?] just realized I sorta have a gut, kinda like a beer gut. What should I do to lose that? They say crunches don't burn fat, but will it tighten my stomach so when I eat it doesn't expand OUT as much?

And to lose the gut, will I have to just lose weight like you normally would? Diet? Excersize? Because I don't want to lose weight in other places other than my stomach, any more weight gone anywhere else will make me look sick. Lol.

Beer guts and guts like that are often caused by the release of a hormone called "cortisol" - which is released during times of stress and, you guessed it, when you drink alcohol.

Cut out the sugar, alcohol, and stress - your body may catch up.

I suggest core work. Here is an example of some of the things i mean. . Numbers 3 and 10. would be your best bet. Also, you could do running and eat lots of dairy you'll lose belly fat in a flash. - From Runners World

Champr23 - Okay I'll try all this out, running tough @_@ lol that's always tough, but I'll try. I need to build my dang endurance anyways. So how much a day of dairy would you consider? And is there any things I should be cutting out? Or keeping low on?

Thanks for your help so far.
