How can I find a workout fit for me?

I have been working out steadily for two weeks and I have lost weight, which isnt a bad thing now, but I dont want to continually loose weight. I like the size I am now and I just want to be in good shape and have a nice body, not be skinny. How can I find a workout that I can do so that I'm just getting in better shape and not loose weight.
 
it is not the programme that is the problem it is your diet, If you don't want to lose weight you will have to up the amount of food you consume.

Doing any exercise will alter the amount of calories your body needs in a day, so to offset this you have to alter your diet to accomadate for this increase
 
Ignore the scales and look in the mirror. Eat sensibly and stick to a workout of weights and cardio. Enjoy what you do dont make it a chore.
