I knew this was going to happen, but I still started to workout at the end of May. So now I'll have to do a break during July and probably August because I'll be working and won't have any spare time.
What I wanted to know are, basically, the consequences for my body, muscles, weight? (considering that I'm such a newbie as well).
oh, btw I'm really enjoying going to the gym
I go there 5 days a week, start with 10 min bike, then 10 min treadmill, 10 min ellyptical... then I go to the weight lifting machines that I really don't know the names and I end up with ab exercises and do 10 more min of treadmil to recover.
