how bad is a cheat when cutting

alright i work my ass off mon-sat. I run 3 miles on every1 of those days and than i have a full body workout 3-4 times a week. My diet makes me suffer at times and almost gets to my head on days, just because i hate looking at food in my house that i cant have lol. SO i'm wondering what do you guys consider to be an alright junky food cheat calorie increase , because on sundays i have an extra amount of calories because i like to eat 2 cheat foods that add up to an extra 400 calories.

also lol i mentally feel like when i have maybe a 400 calorie cheat that it just ruined my week and half 2 weeks and stuff idk
 
Yea, I agree. I used to have a very messed up idea of a cheat, gorging on entire pizzas. As long as your not going over your total for the day by much, I wouldn't sweat it. Just don't let it become more than a once of twice a week thing...
