How and When do you Weigh Yourself?

I weigh officially on a Friday and a Monday. But generally I weigh a lot more in between - most days. I try to weigh consistently in the morning before a shower or exercise and after a pee in the same clothes but sometimes I just do it naked. And if I haven't weighed for ages or I don't wanna go do some exercise I'll weigh and call it by the number. So I went away for a few days and came back thinking I'd put on weight. I hadn't - I'd dropped. Weighing in the night after dinner and still being lower put my mind at rest so was worth it.

I don't go too crazy with what's on the scales but it's a good wakeup call if you haven't moved for 4 days. It's also good to see what triggers weight loss (exercise for me. Food makes me lose the weight but it doesn't show on the scales but exercise for 30 min and the next morning it's dropped.)

I take photos every fortnight and measure every fortnight and I have seen the 12 inches drop off with my 20pound loss which is also motivating.

I weigh myself every weel

Lol it looks like you said every wee...i assume u meant week ;)

i weight my self all the time throughout the day (specially since i got my new scales.. which sadly can vary within the space on 10 sec :p).. .but i count my weight loss once weekly! :)

I think it'd be smarter not to weigh yourself everyday or every week because whether you like it or not, you obsess. It isn't healthy. Weekly is the most I would do, but daily, that's a bit much. I just personally think it's not necessary. But it's just my opinion.

I agree, weighing everyday can become obsessive!

I prefer every 2-3 months, that way I am sure there'll be a loss and I can focus on things other than weight on a day-to-day basis.

Besides, the scale is only ONE indicator of success. My clothes really tell the story!

Just my opinion!
