Hot patches speed up muscle recovery?

I was in the shower today, thinking.

..yes I think a lot in the shower. And I noticed that the boiling hot water made my muscles hurt less.

Now my question, could sleeping with a hotpatch on your muscles increase the recovery time of your muscles?

It should help with blood circulation, and aid in recovery... It's not going to solve your 24hr-48hr recovery time. Though it will help with 'getting up' in the morning after a hard workout.
 
Nobody, does it just make you feel less sore? Thats interesting I like feeling sore though makes me feel big haha.
 
I hate feeling sore. I like it at the beginning, but I know that it just doesn't allow me to go workout again. Therefore I want to recover ASAP to go the very next day and hit it again.

Its a stupid idea to train the same muscle every day. That's how you overtrain, and make zero, perhaps even negative progress.
