I want to use this forum to hold myself accountable. I feel like just telling people, even unknown people, about my progress and updates will encourage me to stay on track.

Right now, I'm at 147lb but I should be around 130lb. That's where my body fits comfortably, but it's just been a difficult couple of years and I have been much less active.

So - 147, and first goal is get below 140. Then see about climbing lower.
 
Oh, some information on me though. I work from home so I don't work out much like I should, but I plan to.

Also, I'm 5'4.
 
Welcome to the forum. Good luck with your goals. If you need any help, there are a ton of people here that will help you along your way.

For my part, in this order, eat healthy, weight train, and get a little cardio. Happy to provide more detail, if you have questions :)
