Well, this is Day 1 of my new commitment to get fit.
8:26 am I woke up about 30 to 60 minutes late and I am struggling to wake up.
Someone drive to my house and stand me up!!!
Ok, here I go. Wish me luck and hide the candybars.
9:19 update. Well, I did one part of my workout pretty good. With the exception of stopping halfway through because I suddenly remembered the dog and cat needed fed. But I did start back up.
Part 2 of my workout went pretty good until the halfway point. I was showing an improvement from the last time I did it, but I had to stop at the pushups. Upper body strength is not my strong point. I have to get ready for work, but I will be picking up where I left off when I get home and doing part 3 tonight.
I will also be walking on my breaks and lunch like I have for the last week or two.
