As of tomorrow I'll start my own diary. It basically follows up to me to January, where the cutting will begin.

I've been working out for about 1 year and 6 months. I was a pretty skinny dude when I started. My weight was like 154 lbs divided on my 6'4 tall body. Since then I've been gaining alot of weight and I'm weighing about 200 lbs.

As of monday the 21th of august, I'll start cutting. I know that is not what I planed on doing, but I really wanna try this and gain some knowledge. So every monday from next week there will be a weight update. I'll finish the cut whenever the fat % is low enough. Wish me good luck.
