As of tomorrow I'll start my own diary. It basically follows up to me to January, where the cutting will begin.
I've been working out for about 1 year and 6 months. I was a pretty skinny dude when I started. My weight was like 154 lbs divided on my 6'4 tall body. Since then I've been gaining alot of weight and I'm weighing about 200 lbs.
