Hey everybody


I'm new on this forum.. so I hope I'm gonna have a great time
and hopefully we're gonna get along..

So this is my story..

About 1 year and 4 months ago I started my traning. I was a pretty skinny dude, my weight was like 154 lbs divided on my 6'4. I was always "picked" on by the guys from shcool, because of my size. My self confident sucked and it was here I decided to start working out.

I'm weighing 194 lbs and still on my 6'4 - when I topped I weighted like 205 lbs, but it looked like I was gettin' fat so I cutted alittle.

As you probably see my chest looks kinda weird. It's because I'm born with a "deformed" chest. Just above my left abs there is a bone sticking out. That bone shouldn't be there.
I've seen doctors and all kinda ****, but they all said the same. They wouldn't let me undergo surgery beacuse it would be a very dangerous operation. So everytime I see my chest I get alittle depressed.

I have no idea if I'm doing the Lat-Spread corretly, but here it is.

It really makes you happy when someone gives you credit for something you've worked so hard on. This is the first time I'm posting pictures of my body, so I was like "Should I do it? Naah.. maybe if I just.. naah" and then I accidentally pressed to "Post" button. :)

What do you think I need to work on the most? I would say the depth (Back) and my shoulders. And maybe some neck. I know my abs stink, but I'm really not the "I-want-a-six-pack" guy.
 
this is reallly wierd, because I am 6'4, weighed about 165 before I started working out little less than 2 years ago, 3 weeks ago i started cutting from about 205, and today i weighed myself at 194, but heres the wierdest part, my left rib is screwed up too! And the doctors all just say live with it. Those similarities are pretty crazy man, though im thinkin you got a little more muscle and a little less fat than me. definately lookin good, keep up the hard work.
 
nice improvement..keep workin at it...dont forget to switch up ur exercises becuase doing the same old ones wont help....and yeh make sure you work a lot on your lower body too...yeh i always hate workin on mah lower body...haha but u got to do it....but yeh otherwise nice job
 
Might want to work on those arms, your getting some serious development going on and I think some bigger guns would help bring that out.

What the.. That sounds really, really spooky and weird. Could you send me a picture of some sort? Of course only if you wan't to:)

Thanks dude. Yeah, I change my exercises once in a while, or else I'm gettin' really bored by doing the same thing everyday. Maaaaaan, I know you're right but what the hell, I might aswell start now than never. :D

It sucks man. Everytime I train the biceps I feel the god danm pump, but they just won't grow. I think when start on my bulk again around September, I'll work on them really hard because I find it really hard growning when you aren't bulking:D:D

BTW they are 14,5 inches when I started they were like 11 inches, and dude. You can't call my arms guns. They're still at the "Arm" level. You can only call an arm for "Gun" when it measures 16 inches. Hehehheehehe:D:D:D
 
great pics. i dont understand why you say your chest looked deformed. it looks fine to me. dont be depressed about it cuz you cant change it. AND... i bet you're the only one who notices it.

arms not growing... hmmmmm wanna give us a rough idea of ur routine and diet?

By routine do you then mean what kind of exercises I use?

And by diet do you then mean what kinda food I eat?

Sorry about the "stupid" questions, but I'm danish and I don't understand all the english expressions:D heh

has a picture from about a year ago, but imma post another one when i actually get low in body fat, and i definately feel you on the arms not getting bigger thing, everything else i get good progress in, but my arms get alot stronger, yet barely any bigger than from when i started workin out.

routine: what muscles do you do on what day? how many reps and sets do you do?

diet: what do you eat? lots of protein? lots of carbs? etc

Right now I'm using a 2-split program.

Monday - Back, Biceps, Legs - 3 sets / 7 reps
Tuesday - Shoulders, Triceps, Pecs, Stomach(just started today) - 3 sets / 7 reps
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Back, Biceps, Legs - 3 sets / 7 reps
Friday - Shoulders, Triceps, Pecs, Stomach - 3 sets / 7 reps
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off

About my diet. I'm not really into checking what I eat. I just eat alot when I'm bulking and the opposite when I'm (trying) to cut. I know it is a big mistake and I'm currently thinking about starting on a schedule that I made long time ago.

Okay guys, now it's time for a little update :) I've been gaining some weight but not much. I'm now weighing 198 lbs.

I will properly start bulking around the end of september, so therefor you have to "Wake me up when september ends" hehe :) I increased my bench with 11 lbs which means I'm over 200 lbs.. finally

Next update will be about January
 
Hey guys

I guess it's time for an update.

I still weigh 200 pounds. It probably sounds weird, me not gaining anything, but I've increase my body. I have gained inches here and there.

I hope you see the improvements :)

I know the lighting sucks..
