hey i have York 2600 Home Mega Gym... i just put it together now im wondering, do most home gyms start at 30lbs? mine goes from 30lbs to 260.. am i missing 10-20 and 270-300?
 
It depends on the machine. I would check their website or call customer service, just to make sure you aren't missing something that should be there.
 
only thing i dont understand is the bench press part of it.. i guess its easier because you dont have to balance anything? i can bench 140 on this...
