i read an article evo posted a long time ago about stepups. but it didnt really explain the form you should have.
the big thing i am wondering is:
when you actually step up, you arent supposed to push off with the other foot/toes at all right?
the way i do them, i cant help it. my other foot automatically pushes off at the beginning. so what i do is, put the leg that i am working (lets say my right leg)up on the bench first, then i stand on my heel with my (left)other foot and that forces my right leg to do the entire lift by itself becuase it prevents my left leg from pushing off the floor.
hope that made some sense.
so is it correct form not to use the other leg at all? it makes sense since using only 1 leg makes it killer lol just making sure i have the right idea...
