Thank you! But the coat is covering up most of it (It's freezing in Berlin but I love it there) God that photo makes me want to go back there sooo bad. Oh well I might be going to Bulgaria or Slovenia sking this winter Yay!
 
For dinner today had Cabbage, Steak and Mash with Gravy (yum) and a piece of cheesecake (woops).

Now I must admit I find exercise quite hard when I get really tired I do want to give up and have to push myself. Hopefully when I get fitter I will begin to really enjoy it. I can only hope. I think I get bored and I feel breathless and want to give up but losing 2lbs has helped me see the point and put it into perspective for me as why I am doing this. Thing I'm worried about is when I lose the weight I'll proberly slack off from exercise and put the weight back on again. Does anyone know when I lose this weight can I cut the amount of exercise I do or do I need to maintain it????

Well got up at a respectable time today for a change.

For breakfast I had a cup of tea and wheatabix with milk and sugar :)

Then I had to go for a driving lesson which as usual was terrifying.

I then did about 20 minutes of cardio excercise on the rebounder. I'm starting to do less because I just sort of lose the will and give up. Later I shall do a 10 minute walk and another 10 minutes on the rebounder.

For lunch I had a jacket potato with cottage cheese and a salad of Cucumber, celery and feta cheese yum :)
 
Had some rice and pork thing for dinner. My Mums decided to go through a cake baking phase really helpful none tomorrow though.I'm hoping when I slim down my stretch marks will look better one can only hope. I think some of them are just stretched hair folicules I can't tell really. Dreading excercise as usual grr wish I was more motivated and could enjoy it.
 
Morning all had the usual for breakfast Wheatabix etc. I did 45 minutes of cardio today I nearly died about 5 times and got 3 stiches (pains in chest). Haha oh well. Got work later on boo! Had arguement with Step Dad he thinks I'm unstable etc not that I would listen to him because hes not a doctor and I know what I'm feeling more than he does.
 
Hello all had work again today erk. Did another 45 mins of cardio and nearly died again.

Not much to report on really my life is very boring at the moment :)
