Wow I never update do I?

Never mind!

To summarise: I had a week off where I put on 2.5lbs but then in the last week I've managed to lose that again and then some - 5lbs! Woop!

I'm pleased with how things are going. I've been sticking to good choices and smaller portions and I've even been doing a little bit more exercise (cycling and dance dance revolution!!).

I'm so stressed at the moment. Exams are looming tomorrow and the next day. But once that's all over with I have 6 weeks off! Yay! Including our holiday to AMSTERDAM! So freakin' excited!!! EXCLAMATION MARKS!

No doubt I'll put on a couple of lbs over those 5 days but what else are holidays for!

I hope I'll be down to 12 stone 9lbs by this Tuesday's weigh in and then another 2lbs down by the Tuesday before we fly to Amsterdam.
