Ive known since having a baby in July 2015 that i have needed to lose the weight i put on during pregnancy, but it wasnt until i looked at myself in a hotel bathroom mirror (the ones with REALLY harsh lighting where you cant even hope to hide your blemishes) and thought "i still look around 5 months pregnant"... with a 7 month old sitting in the other room. It was a real wake up call that the weight wont just drop off itself! Im getting married in November 2018 so i NEED to lose the weight before i start trying on dresses!

Start weight = 11 stone 1lb
Start bmi = 25

Goal weight = 9 stone 6lb
Goal bmi = 21.3

Goal date to reach target weight = 23rd May 2016 (12 weeks from start date)
i commit to lose 2lbs per week

no more mcdonalds or Dominos for me :'(
 
The first 2 things i need to do to start my weight loss is:
drink 8 glasses of water every day
eat breakfast every day .. no excuses!!
 
That is a good way to start Hollie. Welcome to the forum. I hope you reach your goals.
 
DAY ONE:

Day one didnt start off as well as id hoped, had to stick with a cereal bar for breakfast as my other half ate all the cereal and i didnt have time to cook eggs.. only remembered that i was supposed to be drinking more water at 2pm, but have managed to drink around a litre today so not too bad.
Went for a long walk with baby too which i havent done in a while!!
My hour a day of fitness dvd will start Tuesday (im away all weekend)
cant wait to watch the pounds drop off!
 
So for the first time in FOREVER i actually got up this morning at 6am and went for a run. It was freezing! i only ran 1.3 miles but i was so proud of myself when i got home. I even got another 2 hours sleep before everyone else woke up. At the minute i really struggling to find healthy snacks that i enjoy ( im a real fussy eater) the standard "apple or banana" doesnt cut it for me.. as i dont like either!
